This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid test series purchased on ArivArk Academy (arivark.com).

1. Nature of the product

Our test series are digital products that give immediate online access to test content, explanations and rank lists. Because access is granted instantly upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been used.

2. When a refund may be granted

• Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same series due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded in full.
• Payment deducted but access not granted: If money was debited but your enrolment was not activated and the issue cannot be resolved, the amount will be refunded.
• Wrong purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong series and have not yet started any test in it, you may request a switch or refund within 48 hours of payment.

3. When a refund is not available

• After you have started attempting tests or accessed the study material in a series.
• For change of mind after content has been consumed.
• Where an account is suspended for breach of our Terms of Service (for example, sharing content or account access).

4. How to request a refund

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.

6. Cancellation

Free accounts can be closed at any time by contacting us. Paid enrolments run for the stated access period and are subject to the refund rules above.
