ArivArk Academy ("we", "us", "our") operates the website arivark.com and the associated TNPSC test-series platform and mobile apps. This policy explains what information we collect from students and how we use and protect it. By creating an account or using our services you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only in encrypted/hashed form).
• Usage data: the tests you attempt, your answers, scores, ranks and progress on the platform.
• Payment data: when you purchase a test series, payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We store only the order reference, payment reference, amount and status. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Support messages and any images you send us through the in-app chat.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used for security (for example, to prevent password-guessing attacks).
• Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location), used only to understand how students use the platform and improve it.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and give you access to purchased or free test series.
• To calculate scores, rank lists and progress analytics.
• To send account-related emails (verification, password reset, payment receipts) and important service updates.
• To provide student support and respond to your queries.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform, principally our payment gateway (Razorpay) and our email delivery service, and only to the extent required to provide the service, or where required by law.

4. Data security

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing and are never readable by us or anyone else. Payment processing is handled entirely on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data; however, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

5. Your rights

You may view and update your name and mobile number from your profile page at any time. To change your registered email address, correct other details, or request deletion of your account and personal data, contact us using the details below.

6. Children

Our services are intended for candidates preparing for government examinations. If you are under 18, please use the platform under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
