The full Group 4 (CCSE-IV) exam is a single 3-hour paper of 200 questions: a 100-question Tamil language part and a 100-question General Studies part (75 General Studies and 25 Aptitude and Mental Ability). There is no negative marking. The pages here host the General Studies part.
That option is TNPSC's own. There is no negative marking, and TNPSC adds "(E) Answer not known" to every question so candidates can honestly skip instead of blind-guessing. Choosing E scores zero, the same as a wrong answer.
