Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ArivArk Academy website (arivark.com), its test-series platform and mobile apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate details when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Each account is for a single individual. To protect content, only one active device session is allowed per student account at a time.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of content

• All test questions, explanations, notes, current-affairs material and other content are the intellectual property of ArivArk Academy and are provided for your personal exam preparation only.
• You may not copy, record, screenshot for redistribution, share, resell or publicly post our content. Sharing account access or content with others may result in suspension without refund.

3. Purchases and access

• Free test series are available to all registered students. Paid test series require a successful payment before access is granted.
• Access to a purchased series is valid for the duration described on that series' page. We may add or update tests within a series over time.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.

4. Fair use and exam integrity

Test scores and rank lists are provided to help you gauge your preparation. Any attempt to manipulate scores, tamper with the platform, or gain unauthorised access is prohibited and may lead to termination of your account.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, or modify or discontinue features, from time to time.

6. Disclaimer

Our material is designed to aid preparation for TNPSC and related examinations. We do not guarantee any particular examination result, rank or selection. Official syllabus, patterns and results are governed solely by the concerned examination authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArivArk Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
