CDSCO approves RELOPDUO, India's first LAG-3-based dual immunotherapy for melanoma

  • The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) approved RELOPDUO, a fixed-dose combination of nivolumab and relatlimab from Bristol Myers Squibb, as India's first LAG-3-based dual immunotherapy, indicated for adults and children aged 12 and above with unresectable or metastatic melanoma.

Dr Reddy's-supported oral antibiotic Nuzolvence gets Thailand approval for gonorrhoea, a global second

  • Thailand's FDA approved Nuzolvence (zoliflodacin), a first-in-class oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urogenital gonorrhoea, for which Dr Reddy's Laboratories led the priority-review submission with support from the GARDP Foundation; Thailand is only the second country to approve it, after the US FDA six months earlier.
