  1. Draw the box - with a ruler, draw a 6.0 cm x 2.0 cm box on plain white paper.
  2. Sign inside it - your normal signature, with a blue or black ink pen, fully inside the box.
  3. Take a clear picture - in daylight, from straight above, with no shadow on the paper (or scan it at 200 DPI).
  4. Crop and compress - choose the picture above, drag and zoom until the box fills the frame, and tap Make my Signature.jpg. The paper turns pure white, your ink colour stays, and the file lands inside 10 KB to 20 KB.

Check any tool you use against these numbers. The box is 6 cm wide and 2 cm tall - a 3 to 1 shape. A signature cropped to 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm, or stretched to some other shape, does not match the notification. At 200 DPI, 6 cm x 2 cm is about 472 x 157 pixels.
